Tepco “No abnormality was reported after M6.8″ / No details are announced yet

At 4:22 7/12/2014 (JST), a strong earthquake of M6.8 occurred Fukushima offshore.

According to Japan Meteorological Agency, about 40 mins after the earthquake, a low level of Tsunami was observed in Onahama Iwaki city though the height was reported to be only “Slight”.

Before the Tsunami arrival, Tepco announced no abnormality was reported. Since then, no details have been published even on their own website.

Japan Meteorological Agency reported there have been M4.7 and M4.1 Fukushima offshore since M6.8 occurred.
